Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator will coordinate and oversee the delivery of the Clean Mobility Pilot Program, aimed at providing affordable and sustainable transportation options for urban Indigenous communities in Vancouver.

In Short

• Lead the design and implementation of three program streams.
• Serve as the central coordinator between multiple partners.
• Collaborate with clean mobility specialists to develop educational content.
• Ensure community needs are reflected through resident feedback loops.
• Setup and oversee logistics for Ride & Drive events.
• Develop and execute plans for EV infrastructure setup.
• Develop ride-share communication, process, and logistics.
• Support the hiring and onboarding of an on-site Project Coordinator.
• Support the transition of program ownership by the end of the pilot period.
• Collect data as required for the pilot.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of community engagement practices.
• Experience in sustainability or clean mobility initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Must be located in the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
