Overview

Portland Webworks is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management and Quality Assurance team. The role focuses on supporting project management efforts in the public sector.

In Short

• Coordinate and support web application projects through all phases.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and champion Agile values.
• Maintain project documentation and track progress.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure user stories are well-defined.
• Assist with QA & UAT coordination.
• Support resource planning across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor Jira for ticket status and updates.
• Help ensure alignment with project goals and budget.
• Opportunity for growth into an autonomous Project Manager role.
• Base salary range is $50-75k per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies preferred.
• Willingness to learn technical skills for project management.
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams.
