Overview

The Project Manager I at MERIT CRO, Inc. will oversee the day-to-day operations of project management for clinical trials, ensuring all study activities from start-up through closeout are managed effectively.

• Manage project operations and administration for clinical trials.
• Perform data uploads and quality control functions.
• Assist with the development of project and regulatory documents.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and maintain study files.
• Provide training and support for clinical sites using EXCELSIOR™.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Monitor work quality and completeness.
• Participate in team meetings and project updates.
• Assist in the development of new study processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in clinical trials.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
