Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and produce the desired results.

In Short

  • Act as a primary point of contact throughout the overall software implementation process.
  • Develop and define project plan, ensuring milestones and budget are met.
  • Forecast and manage issues and risks associated with the project.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and facilitate review meetings with customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients by prioritizing and escalating issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams regarding software enhancements.
  • Provide end-user training and technical support during implementation.
  • Ability to travel nationwide, up to 15% annually.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in project management.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
  • Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lead project teams to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
