Technical Consultant I - Remote

Overview

The Technical Consultant I is responsible for executing customer implementation projects, ensuring high levels of performance and security, while collaborating with a team to deliver quality solutions.

In Short

• Execute customer implementation projects based on designs from Technical Consultant II and Product Management.
• Provide solutions for performance and security.
• Collaborate with a team of analysts for high-quality implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation.
• Utilize MS SQL Server and CaseWorthy ApBuilder™ for functionality modifications.
• Lead group projects to reduce customer turnaround time.
• Master CaseWorthy functionality for informed design decisions.
• Achieve monthly output goals and assist with testing and feedback.
• Serve as an expert resource for Training and Customer Success departments.
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 10% annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems (or equivalent).
• 2-3 years’ experience with Relational Database Management Systems.
• 1-2 years’ experience with SQL and/or technical support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
