Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a technical subject or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in technical service and product support.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Physical Access Control industry terms.
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in creating developer tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with HID products is a plus.
• Experience with change management for new API/SDK releases is a plus.
• Experience in software development is a plus.
