In Short

• Part-time W2 hourly position.
• Must reside in Florida and have an active LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Conduct documentation reviews for associate therapists.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide feedback to enhance documentation quality.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of reviews and feedback.
• Work Monday to Friday, no weekends or on-call.
• All equipment provided for remote work.
• Encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensed in a clinical discipline (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to become licensed in additional states.
• Enjoys technology and learning new systems.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Previous experience in behavioral health documentation.
