Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer or technical support.
  • Proficiency in JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with documentation creation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Availability to work 8 to 5 Pacific Standard Time.
