Overview

Virtasant is a global technology services company specializing in cloud architecture and optimization. We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to work remotely in Latin America during US East Coast hours.

In Short

Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
Create and execute automated test scripts and test cases.
Build performance and scalability test suites.
Collaborate with QA leadership to enhance QA processes.
Participate in product design sessions and review specifications.
Work closely with engineering teams to resolve defects.
Mentor junior team members and evaluate testing tools.
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in QA procedures.

Requirements

5+ years of software quality assurance testing experience.
Experience in test automation and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Ruby).
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java, C#).
Experience with test frameworks like Cucumber and Selenium.
Knowledge of web services, RestAPI, and databases.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
