Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for engaging and supporting students who are at risk of not enrolling or who have dropped out of the program, focusing on proactive outreach and personalized support.

In Short

• Identify and reach out to at-risk students.
• Utilize phone calls, emails, and SMS for communication.
• Coordinate seamless onboarding for new and re-enrolling students.
• Provide ongoing support during the onboarding phase.
• Assist students with navigating post-enrollment processes.
• Develop strong relationships with students.
• Track and analyze student data.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
• Commitment to making education accessible.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Nice to have: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
