The Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in customer success and retention for new business clients at pulseM and Customer Lobby, focusing on enhancing customer communication and experience.

  • Coordinate with sales to ensure onboarding readiness.

  • Act as a consultant to advise businesses on best practices.

  • Experience with SaaS account management is a plus.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in onboarding or account management.
  • Customer service orientation with empathy and active listening.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding journeys simultaneously.
  • SalesForce, ChurnZero, Office 365, and HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel to corporate headquarters as needed.
