Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist at Housecall Pro, you will be responsible for the onboarding and long-term success of our enterprise customers’ accounts, ensuring they maximize the value of our services.

In Short

• Own customer relationships during the initial onboarding phase for new key accounts.
• Handle long-term support requests for training and coaching.
• Effectively communicate client information and trends across teams.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and recommend improvements.
• Organize details and timelines to drive efficiency.
• Improve opportunities for our Pros through analysis.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with deep product knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years experience in customer success, implementation, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven success in developing customer relationships.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
