Overview

As a Senior Key Accounts Account Executive at Housecall Pro, you will help mid-size home service professionals streamline operations and grow their businesses through consultative selling and product mastery.

In Short

  • Serve mid-size Pros by building partnerships with Housecall Pro.
  • Utilize consultative, account-based selling skills.
  • Conduct 3-4 product demos per day for home service businesses.
  • Manage sales pipeline and set up multiple demos with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Key Accounts SDRs and Account Executives.
  • Focus on delivering value and onboarding prospects successfully.
  • Emphasize collaboration and communication with team members.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Participate in a robust onboarding program to understand customers and products.

Requirements

  • Proven top 10% performance in a sales organization.
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in software.
  • Experience in HVAC or Plumbing is a major plus.
  • High school diploma required; college preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-starting attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
