Senior Accounts Executive - Remote

Overview

An established financial services provider is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join their remote team, managing bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts for clients in a paperless environment.

In Short

• Manage client bookkeeping and bank transactions using Xero.
• Perform bank reconciliations and accounts reviews.
• Process accounts payable and manage timely payments.
• Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Prepare payroll services and tax lodgements.
• Generate monthly management reports and ad hoc financial reports.
• Assist with BAS preparation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
• Familiarity with payroll processing.
• Accounting qualifications or certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
