Senior Accounts Executive - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Accounts Executive at Keypath, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable function while contributing to the improvement of accounting processes.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare billings and post receipts.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and bank accounts.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare aged receivables reports.
• Manage the Travel Expense Management System (CONCUR).
• Identify process enhancement opportunities.
• Act as a backup for Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on ad-hoc projects.
• Work in a flexible environment with options for remote work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ERP systems and intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
