Overview

The Senior Account Executive for Key Accounts will build and expand relationships within our top 10% client base, ensuring their continued success and finding new opportunities for growth.

In Short

  • Remote position within the US.
  • Focus on expanding usage of Ceros across new regions and divisions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to achieve renewal and expansion goals.
  • Build actionable account plans spanning from 6 to 18 months.
  • Engage with users and decision-makers at all levels.
  • Manage and prioritize a rolling pipeline of client relationships.
  • Act as a liaison for customer feedback to the business.
  • Partner with marketing to develop client engagement strategies.
  • Minimum five years of account management experience required.
  • Experience in SaaS sales and managing key accounts.

Requirements

  • Five years of managing accounts with $300K+ ARR.
  • Experience closing $100K+ upsell deals.
  • Experience selling into global organizations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong communication skills at an executive level.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Network in the content creation space is a plus.
