Overview

As a Customer Success Coach at Timely Software, you will onboard valuable customers and ensure they achieve their desired outcomes, thereby enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Onboard customers to ensure they achieve desired outcomes with Timely.
  • Work with “At Risk” customers to prevent churn.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through upselling.
  • Develop feature adoption plans to enhance customer value.
  • Train salon staff on Timely for optimal client experience.
  • Collaborate with data import teams for customer data migration.
  • Lead coaching processes to support business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other Coaches and Onboarding Specialists.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements in customer retention.
  • Engage with customers to build strong relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as Success, Support, or Training.
  • Previous experience in SaaS technology for the Hair & Beauty Salon industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Motivated to succeed individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Experience in building customer relationships.
  • Understanding of customer success criteria.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
  • Comfortable with remote working and occasional travel.
