The Customer Success Lead will drive success for Trust Keith’s customers, ensuring top-tier customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle while collaborating with various teams to maximize engagement and retention.

  • Maximize engagement and retention through effective customer journey management.
  • Own Customer Account Health and conduct regular reviews.
  • Manage account renewals and expansion efforts.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Provide insights on customer success reporting and KPIs.
  • Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Scale the Customer Success function by refining processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Team for product improvements.
  • Work with Data Protection Experts to align advice with customer goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and report on KPIs.
  • Experience in onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback mechanisms (NPS, CSAT).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and success.
