Overview

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring that new customers are efficiently integrated into the SQUIRE platform by providing technical configuration, support, and training to ensure product adoption and usage.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written).

  • Experience in customer support or onboarding.
  • Ability to handle technical configurations.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding tasks.
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
  • Passion for helping small business owners succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with business management systems is a plus.
