Overview

SQUIRE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our growing Demand Generation team. This role is critical to fueling SQUIRE’s product-led and sales-led growth, focusing on lead generation and pipeline acceleration.

In Short

  • Design and execute field marketing strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage events tailored to barbers and key industry partners.
  • Develop scalable processes for field marketing programs.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution including logistics and budgeting.
  • Conduct monthly budget reviews and ROI reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for program execution.
  • Track and analyze field program performance for continuous improvement.
  • Build strategic partnerships to expand brand presence.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Travel up to 35% for events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing/demand generation.
  • Proven track record with in-person events and tradeshow planning.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Innovative and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Agility in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
