GTM Enablement Manager - Product, Tools, and Content - Remote

Overview

The GTM Enablement Manager for Product, Tools, and Content will oversee, develop, and manage key enablement programs for our GTM teams at SQUIRE, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across various departments.

In Short

• Manage enablement programs for GTM teams in the U.S., Canada, and the UK.
• Design and maintain a Product Curriculum for onboarding and continuing education.
• Identify gaps in product knowledge and develop solutions.
• Create enablement packages using various learning modes.
• Partner with PMM and Product to enhance launch processes.
• Drive change management around product launches.
• Administer and manage the Highspot instance.
• Maintain the customer-facing Help Center.
• Compile and send the weekly company newsletter.
• Work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Revenue or Product Enablement roles.
• 2+ years using Highspot or similar CMS tools.
• Experience writing help center articles preferred.
• Familiarity with product launch strategies.
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
