Product Enablement Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Product Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our GoToMarket teams—Sales, Customer Success, Customer Onboarding & Managed Services—are fully equipped to communicate the value of Postscript’s products effectively.

In Short

• Serve as the Enablement team’s expert on Postscript’s products and features.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure internal teams understand and communicate product value effectively.
• Create engaging enablement materials, including training decks and internal product documentation.
• Lead live training sessions on product features, positioning, and usage for GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTM Leadership to align training initiatives with feature launches.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to identify and address enablement opportunities for GTM.
• Manage the inbound integrations request process, prioritizing based on strategic impact.
• Gather insights from teams and customers to refine enablement resources and training.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance enablement effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years at a SaaS company in product enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, or a related role.
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs for GTM teams.
• Experience taking product and technical concepts and translating them into high-quality enablement materials and training sessions.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration with people in Product, PMM, Solutions Engineering, and GTM Leadership.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, Gong, and other training tools.
• Nice to Have: Experience in eCommerce, especially in email/SMS marketing.
• Nice to Have: 1+ year in a customer facing role that required deep product expertise.
