• Own SQUIRE’s social media channels and create bold, culture-driven content.
• Design and manage the content calendar.
• Produce multimedia content including video, photos, and graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging.
• Set KPIs for campaigns and track performance using analytics tools.
• Create content that resonates with the barbering community.
• Grow SQUIRE’s presence across social platforms.
• Manage influencer and ambassador programs.
• Monitor social media trends to keep SQUIRE relevant.
• Optimize strategies based on performance insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Proven track record of building audiences and driving growth.
• Analytical thinker with experience in setting and tracking KPIs.
• Skilled in video shooting and editing, and graphic design.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their cultures.
• Experience with analytics tools and content design software.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving tangible results.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.

Benefits

• Base salary range $110,000 - $125,000.
