Treasury Manager, Product and Payments Enablement - Remote

Overview

This role is integral to the company’s financial strength, risk management, product offerings, and growth profile as part of the Product Enablement and Payment Rails team.

In Short

• Lead treasury product enablement and payment initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Design operational measurements for initiatives.
• Implement internal controls and risk management strategies.
• Manage relationships with banks and payment partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop strategies for effective cash and capital management.
• Conduct reviews to identify process gaps and risks.
• Support product development with treasury requirements.
• Contribute to the growth of BILL’s payment platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in treasury or fintech.
• Experience in product development in financial services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• CIA and CISA certification preferred.
• Experience in risk management and internal controls.
• Comfortable in a high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
