Overview

BILL is looking for a high-energy individual contributor to administer our best in class sales incentive plans, managing end to end operations to ensure accuracy in quota alignment and payments.

In Short

  • Owns the overall Planning, Delivery, Implementation, and Management of incentive calculations.
  • Prepares key monthly commission reconciliation reports.
  • Conducts incentive compensation modeling and reporting.
  • Supports projects such as SOX compliance.
  • Identifies gaps in process and policies.
  • Responds to compensation related inquiries from the Sales Team.
  • Tracks non-standard actions related to commission expenses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in incentive system implementation.
  • Prior experience with incentive compensation in SPIFF preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data effectively.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
