Twilio is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team, acting as a trusted advisor for our Sales Organization while providing insights into performance results and assisting with project management of the Sales Compensation program.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Compensation in Software/Technology.
• Strong analytical skills in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Xactly or similar programs.
• Process-oriented with a focus on data integrity.
• Ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions.
