Overview

As a New Business Account Executive at Twilio, you will be responsible for prospecting, solution selling, and closing new business opportunities across the entire Twilio platform, becoming a strategic partner to enterprise companies.

In Short

  • Responsible for new customer acquisition across the Twilio portfolio.
  • Own analytical and consultative sales cycles.
  • Build trusted relationships at all levels, including C-Suite.
  • Collaborate with various teams to bring technical expertise to complex deals.
  • Design contracts that balance customer and business needs.
  • Simultaneously execute multiple projects while maintaining performance.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to Twilio’s teams.
  • Establish expertise in unified communications and data platforms.
  • Generate and maintain an accurate pipeline using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 12 years of full cycle sales experience, with 5 years in analytical products.
  • Experience in selling technical SaaS or CPaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record in consultative technical solution selling.
  • Comfortable working with technical leaders and influencing understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
