Overview

AirTera is seeking a driven, results-oriented New Business Account Executive to expand our footprint within the private charter industry.

In Short

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with private charter operators.
  • Build a robust pipeline through various outreach methods.
  • Run consultative demos for key stakeholders.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract execution.
  • Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline in Salesforce.
  • Stay current on aviation regulations and industry developments.
  • Travel 25%–40% for industry events and meetings.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in new business development or full-cycle SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline independently.
  • Experience selling technology solutions.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Aviation operational knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with FAA, DOT, or regulated environments.
