In Short

• Support continuous improvement activities in the Sales Compensation function.
• Maintain and manage participant information in SAP Commissions.
• Synthesize large amounts of data into concise takeaways.
• Partner with Finance for month-end close and commission payouts.
• Support ad hoc projects and reporting requests.
• Resolve compensation inquiries and disputes for the sales team.
• Focus on internal customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• High attention to detail in managing confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with automated incentive compensation systems preferred.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in business or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in manipulating systems tools and large data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Preferred experience with SAPC, Callidus, or similar systems.
