Overview

The Field Marketing Manager plays a key role in building, developing and executing our business strategy for the Enterprise strategic book of business. Our ideal candidate thrives on infusing creativity and innovation into strategic marketing programs in order to drive lead generation, ABM programs, nurture existing prospects, and engage current customers throughout the entire funnel.

In Short

• Develop localized field marketing plans for North America’s Strategic Enterprise accounts.
• Lead the creation, strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize efforts using key performance indicators.
• Work closely with sales, content and campaign managers to align messaging.
• Partner closely with sales and BDRs to create a cohesive outbound strategy.
• Collaborate effectively with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure successful events.
• Travel to events to oversee on-site execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B field marketing or integrated campaign role.
• Experience in Account Based Marketing for the Enterprise B2B space.
• Ability to achieve results working cross-functionally.
• Comfortable in a fast-changing environment with a high production output.
