Overview

The Healthcare Real Time Coordinator is responsible for managing resources in real-time to ensure optimal performance across various communication channels, including Email, Messaging, and Voice. This role involves monitoring incoming volumes and making quick decisions to maintain service delivery.

In Short

  • Support partner through Voice, Email, and Messaging/Chat lines of business.
  • Manage ticket distribution, scheduling, and adherence to schedules.
  • Monitor real-time incoming volumes and arrange additional coverage.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance support delivery.
  • Assist in time tracking accuracy for agents.
  • Support reporting distribution and assist with projects as needed.
  • Utilize WFM and CX Tools for team management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Experience in an Analyst position.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CX platforms, preferably Zendesk.
  • Ability to multitask and focus on reports for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills and initiative.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
