Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for verifying benefits, reactivating patients, answering inbound calls, following up on appointment calls, making outbound calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing EMR (Prompt), and monitoring the clinic’s virtual kiosks.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians.
  • Experience in Prompt EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling.
  • Soft skills such as empathy are essential.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be open to work on onsite setup.
