Overview

The Facilities Coordinator supports the management, operations, and maintenance activity of the Buildings & Grounds team for the client's healthcare properties, ensuring excellent coordination and execution of work.

In Short

  • Support management and operations of healthcare facilities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of facility conditions.
  • Conduct environment of care inspections.
  • Respond to emergency situations as a key team member.
  • Provide direction to vendors and facilities staff.
  • Document all equipment and work orders in CMMS.
  • Assist Facilities Manager as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and activities.
  • Develop productive working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Multitask and organize responsibilities effectively.

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and organize responsibilities.
  • Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
