Overview

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Powerhouse, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and managing work orders efficiently.

In Short

  • Handle a high volume of incoming work orders promptly.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Establish new vendor partnerships through cold calling.
  • Schedule and dispatch vendor partners for work orders.
  • Manage high-volume email communications effectively.
  • Analyze customer inquiries for effective resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation of service requests.
  • Support team efforts and achieve set goals.
  • Work independently and solve issues as they arise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Requirements

  • Two to four years related experience or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction is a plus.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
