Overview

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Powerhouse, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and managing work orders efficiently.

In Short

  • Manage a high volume of incoming work orders.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Establish partnerships with vendor partners.
  • Schedule and dispatch vendors for work orders.
  • Handle multiple communication channels effectively.
  • Analyze inquiries for effective resolution.
  • Input data into the system for tracking requests.
  • Prioritize overlapping tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service requests.
  • Work independently and support team goals.

Requirements

  • Two to four years related experience or equivalent education.
  • Experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction is a plus.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
