Overview

The Facilities Coordinator will provide support to the Site and/or Assistant Facility Managers with operational activities in maintenance and operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, and occupancy services while developing and maintaining client relationships.

In Short

  • Part-time position (20 hours a week).
  • Support operational activities in maintenance and operations.
  • Manage vendor oversight and client relationships.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean office.
  • Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate site amenities and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Comply with client contract requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional quality of service.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in facilities or property management preferred.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property.
  • Proficiency in information technology tools.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Self-motivated and flexible.
