Overview

Snapscale is seeking an Intermediate Virtual Assistant with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Collections Support to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial records, communicating with clients regarding outstanding payments, and assisting in streamlining the collections process. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial health and ensuring that our customer accounts are in good standing.

In Short

  • Manage and track accounts receivable for multiple clients, ensuring timely payments and communication regarding outstanding invoices.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to collect outstanding payments, utilizing a variety of communication methods including email and phone.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, highlighting overdue accounts and collections progress.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies in payment records and maintain accurate financial data.
  • Implement and maintain an organized filing system for all accounts receivable documents and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a virtual assistant role or similar position, with a focus on accounts receivable and collections.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
