Overview

The Account Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing and expanding a portfolio of long-term accounts, creating and implementing account growth strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, and customer service.
  • Retail experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of physical product sales is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Voice recordings are required as part of the application process.
  • Not presently employed by another company.
  • Full-time Graveyard Shift, 5 days a week, 2 days off.
  • Salary depends on qualifications and experience.
  • Permanent position.
