Overview

The Account Management Support Specialist will provide essential back-end support to the Account Management department, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of client programs and services.

In Short

  • Full-time position focused on internal processes and client deliverables.
  • Assist with data tracking, reporting, and program management.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team.
  • Track progress and completion of program elements.
  • Provide administrative support for client intake and billing.

  • Support client-facing responsibilities as needed.
  • Work in a fully remote environment.
  • Salary range of $50,000-$55,000.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or account management.
  • Proficient in the Wellworks Portal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members remotely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and open to new responsibilities.
