The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners. The BDM will drive wellness program sales through a multi-channel approach including brokers, resellers, and B2B. They are responsible for nurturing sales leads that are populated through internal marketing campaigns, sourcing outbound leads, and qualifying interested prospects. The BDM will generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and expand relationships with benefit consulting firms and wellness industry partners, resulting in securing contracts with new clients and supporting the overall growth of Wellworks For You. This is a fully remote position with some required travel throughout the year.
