Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners. The BDM will drive wellness program sales through a multi-channel approach including brokers, resellers, and B2B. They are responsible for nurturing sales leads that are populated through internal marketing campaigns, sourcing outbound leads, and qualifying interested prospects. The BDM will generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and expand relationships with benefit consulting firms and wellness industry partners, resulting in securing contracts with new clients and supporting the overall growth of Wellworks For You. This is a fully remote position with some required travel throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare broker sales.
  • Proven success in Corporate Wellbeing and B2B sales.
  • Exceptional negotiation and selling skills.
  • Ability to articulate corporate wellness trends.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in using HubSpot and other business software.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.
  • Outgoing and motivated to engage with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
