In Short

  • Responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to clients.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and develop client relationships.
  • Coordinate renewal discussions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Client-facing role requiring strong organizational skills.
  • Fully remote position with a salary range based on experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Support design and execution of wellness programs tailored to client goals.
  • Facilitate strategy calls and monitor participation metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and generate performance reports.
  • Occasional travel for client meetings (up to 10%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HubSpot experience is a plus.
