Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing remote team servicing and building relationships with clients primarily based in the US and Canada.

In Short

  • Monitor outbound and inbound conversations to ensure prompt responses.
  • Identify and report unanswered, delayed, or mishandled responses.
  • Ensure all leads are followed up on and moved through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Audit deals in Pipedrive for accuracy and updates.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
  • Flag bottlenecks and missed opportunities within the pipeline.
  • Work closely with SDRs, closers, and marketing to improve lead handling.
  • Create and share regular reports on pipeline performance.
  • Provide support for other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations or CRM administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools such as Instantly.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows effectively.
