We are looking for you as an experienced Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and customer success and drive our growth strategy through measurable processes and data-driven insights. Our main focus is on taking our lead generation to the next level and optimally utilizing our advertising budget across various channels and markets.

  • Implement a comprehensive tracking and reporting system in HubSpot.
  • Optimize lead generation campaigns and budget allocation across digital channels.
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of marketing channels.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a revenue operations or marketing operations role.
  • Proven track record in optimizing lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau.
  • Expertise in HubSpot or comparable systems.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
