Senior HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our People Strategy Team. This position will report directly to the General Counsel and involve providing both day-to-day assistance and strategic guidance to ensure our HR practices are of the highest standard.

In Short

• Serve as the key HRBP for our Field Engineering Org globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in an HR role, ideally in the tech sector.
• Experience in business partner/employee relations position.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Effective coaching and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices and local employment laws.
• Able to work in ambiguity and seek assistance when needed.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data to influence decisions.
• Passion for innovative HR solutions.
