Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience supporting Global Go-To-Market organizations.
• Expertise in change management, especially with AI.
• Comfortable supporting C-suite and senior leadership.
• Tech-savvy with interest in AI applications in HR.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and team dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of US labor legislation.
