Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Analyst will join our DIA (Data, Insights, and Analytics) team to help optimize business processes and extract data-driven insights.

In Short

• Gather requirements and manage end-to-end BI Dashboarding and reports.
• Present final products to stakeholders and maintain them based on feedback.
• Analyze datasets to drive optimization of product usage and marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance and Marketing for holistic company reports.
• Identify opportunities to leverage company data for meaningful insights.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across data sources.
• Document requirements and procedures for new datasets.
• Analyze and connect to data sources using SQL and Azure LogAnalytics.
• Maintain professionalism regarding data privacy.
• Self-motivated with a record of creating actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an Analyst position.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (DAX).
• Proficient with Azure and SQL.
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams.
• Some experience with Python, R, and CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Preferred certification in Microsoft PL-300.
