Heyday Health is hiring a data analyst to join our start up team! We're building a platform to help seniors access world-class primary care through home and virtual visits, and we’re passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences and care.

In Short

• Analyze clinical, claims, and operational data to drive actionable insights.
• Measure performance and identify care gaps.
• Support risk adjustment strategies.
• Extract data from EHRs and claims.
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze trends in utilization, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operation teams.
• Train and support individuals in their use of data.
• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst in healthcare required.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and BI tools is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Health Informatics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst in healthcare.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with healthcare data sets.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with value-based care organizations preferred.
• Adequate knowledge of tools like Python or R for statistical analysis preferred.
