Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with advanced Power BI expertise to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. This role is central to our business intelligence efforts, focusing on building, optimizing, and managing Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across departments.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Transform raw data from ConnectWise and other sources into clean datasets.
• Create automated reports using Power BI for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand reporting needs.
• Continuously improve Power BI data models and visualizations.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and develop ad hoc reports.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in reporting outputs.
• Stay current with Power BI features and recommend improvements.
• Support data literacy across the organization by training team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency in ConnectWise and experience integrating it with Power BI.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SQL and database querying is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present complex data visually.
