Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ConnectWise, Power BI, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role analyzes data, develops reports, and provides insights to drive business decisions. The Data Analyst will work closely with multiple departments to optimize business processes and financial performance.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including ConnectWise, to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data and trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities for business improvement.
• Monitor data accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Generate ad hoc reports and perform deep-dive analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Provide training and support to team members on data reporting tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or finance setting.
• Proficiency in ConnectWise and Power BI is required.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization techniques is a plus.
