Overview

Heyday Health is a virtual-first primary care practice dedicated to improving the primary care experience for seniors and their providers. We are looking for a professional physician leader to help lead our team of dedicated, patient-oriented providers.

In Short

• Lead a team of advanced practice clinicians and Health Allies.
• Provide exceptional primary care to patients.
• Deliver care through various communication methods including video and in-home visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Identify and address quality gaps in care.
• Work closely with the team to advocate for patients.
• Provide feedback for organizational improvement.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization and an active Ohio Medical License.
• 5 - 10 years of experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred.
• Comfort with electronic health records and digital health platforms.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. work authorization.
• Active and unrestricted Ohio Medical License.
• MD or DO with additional post-graduate degree(s) a plus.
• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• 5 - 10 years of experience as a Primary Care Physician.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for at-home visits.
• Comfort with electronic health records and health information exchanges.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Experience with managing quality measures.
